Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

5. Orders, Accuracy & Refusals

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Event Tickets & Digital Products

  • Event tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled
  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed

We reserve the right to change event details such as venue, line-up, or timings where necessary.

All content on this site  including designs, logos, graphics, images, and text is the property of TrapMass / TMP (The Main Play).

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

10. User Conduct.

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone engaging in:

  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
  • Misuse of the platform or brand
