TrapMass / TMP (The Main Play)

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the TrapMass / TMP website.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days
  • Processing times may be longer during launches, limited drops, or peak periods
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or UK bank holidays

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order ships.

UK Shipping

  • Standard UK Shipping: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to selected countries
  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees

TrapMass / TMP is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

  • Limited drop items may have extended processing times
  • Pre-order items ship on or after the stated release date
  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together unless stated otherwise

Tracking

  • Tracking details are provided once dispatched
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

Returned parcels due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TrapMass / TMP is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the courier.

If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist with a courier investigation.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess and resolve the issue accordingly.

Shipping Delays

Delays can occur due to:

  • High demand during drops
  • Courier or weather issues
  • Customs processing
