At Trapmass, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our standard processing and shipping times.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During peak seasons (holidays, sales, or special releases), processing may take 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping

(Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD) - 3-5 business days - £4.99

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Trapmass is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your package is lost, please file a claim with the courier and contact us at tmpmass@yahoo.com for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact us within 24 hours to request a change.

We cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship on the estimated date stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability.

Brexit & EU Orders

Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.

We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by your local customs office.
